Delivered over a 2-hour short course, our Designated Safeguarding Trainer will deliver Universal Safeguarding training covering all aspects of safeguarding as required under EYFS statutory guidelines.

About the event
Staff will develop and refresh their knowledge and understanding in recognising signs, symptoms, indicators, and behaviours of abuse. Delegates will identify different types of abuse including bullying, FGM, and radicalisation.
They will learn how to work in partnership with others to Keep Children Safe in Education and understand reporting procedures and requirements. Delegates will recognise key legislation and policies and procedures relating to Safeguarding Children and Young People including whistleblowing.
Suitable for all practitioners working with children and young people of all ages.
Cost is £50 per person
